General Information
Excerpt from Florida Statutes 1007.27, Postsecondary Education -- Articulated acceleration mechanisms:
Early admission shall be a form of dual enrollment through which eligible secondary students enroll in a postsecondary institution on a full-time basis in courses that are creditable toward the high school diploma and the associate or baccalaureate degree. Students enrolled pursuant to this subsection shall be exempt from the payment of registration, tuition, and laboratory fees.
The Early Admissions Program enables qualified public, private and home-school students who have completed the junior year to enroll in approved academic courses offered through 糖心Vlog. 聽If accepted for early admission, the student enters 糖心Vlog instead of attending high school for the senior year and will spend the fall and spring semesters full time at 糖心Vlog. The credits that students earn count toward both a high school diploma and a college degree. 聽Early Admissions courses are free to students who attend a Florida public college or university; this includes registration, tuition, and fees. Instructional materials (textbooks) are provided to public school students free of charge through the School Districts of Palm Beach and Broward Counties; however, students enrolled in home education programs or nonpublic secondary schools must provide their own instructional materials.
When enrolled in an Early Admissions Program, students may only register for courses approved by the high school counselor and Early Admissions advisor at 糖心Vlog.

Early Admissions students’ priority is to fulfill the high school graduation requirements. Courses may be spread out between the fall and spring semesters. In addition, students may enroll in courses required to fulfill their general education and major requirements at 糖心Vlog. Students are eligible to enroll in most 1000 and 2000-level classes. Early Admissions students may only register for classes that are pre-approved by the high school guidance counselor on the Registration/Permission form and by 糖心Vlog’s Early Admissions advisor.
NOTE: Any student who registers for a class that has not been approved by the high school guidance counselor and 糖心Vlog’s Early Admissions advisor must pay for the course(s) or will be dropped without notice.
