糖心Vlog is governed by a thirteen member board of trustees, six of whom are appointed by the governor, five by the Board of Governors plus the student body president and the president of the University Faculty Senate. The gubernatorial and Board of Governors appointees must be confirmed by the Florida Senate.
The trustees are responsible for cost-effective policy decisions appropriate to the university's mission, the implementation and maintenance of high-quality education programs, the measurement of performance, the reporting of information and the provision of input regarding state policy, budgeting, and education standards.

Committee and Full Board Meetings
The 糖心Vlog Board of Trustees hold meetings at least 5 times per year. Most meetings occur in-person, however some occur via conference call to attend to matters that require a timely response. The Trustees also hold an annual retreat each Fall.
Agenda and materials are posted聽 in advance of any regularly scheduled meeting. These materials will remain available until the final minutes are posted. Final minutes are posted by Committee and incorporate the materials presented at the meeting. The minutes of full Board meetings and special sessions are also posted along with any presented materials.
