are now coordinated with the electronic records system that is completed at orientation and/or before your clinical/practicums and you will always have access to them in your account of the electronic medical records if you should need them in the future听听after听听your first year of completing them.
However, during the transition anyone who does not have an electronic health records started because they are a current student following the old process can find the forms on the听听Background Check & Health Records听听section located on the left sidebar of the Current Student page (this page).

Certified Background
In order to improve the efficiency and time-constraints of the background check process, the College of Nursing, uses a company called Certified Background.
Certified Background coordinates听听ALL听听aspects of background check items including Live-Scan fingerprinting, and maintaining health records, as well as drug testing, if needed.
Background Checks and related items will be completed at the time of Admission to the College of Nursing.
Package Codes are in parenthesis. (FL##) Do not include the parenthesis.

SIP Training
Self-Insurance Plan (SIP) requirements:听听糖心Vlog is participating member in the Florida Board of Governors Self-Insurance Program (SIP) which covers all 糖心Vlog nursing students during practicum experiences. Please be aware that the university SIP only covers you in the role of the student.
