How to Register for EGN 5940

1. Download and complete Part I of the registration form and attach a copy of your internship offer letter.
2. Submit Part II of the form to your advisor for approval.
3. Email the completed registration form and offer letter to grad@eng.fau.edu.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been approved and you have been granted access to register for EGN 5940.

How to Receive a Grade for EGN 5940

1. Download and complete Part I of the summary and evaluation form.
2. Submit Part II of the form to your internship supervisor for evaluation.
3. Submit Part III of the form to your advisor for grading no later than one week prior to the end of the semester.
4. Your advisor will complete Part III of the form and will submit it via email to grad@eng.fau.edu.
5. The grade assigned by your advisor will be entered by the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies.
