Mission Statement
The mission of the Department of Management Programs is to develop future business leaders who are skilled in the art of managing in a global business environment. We recognize the urban nature of our student population and design programs to be delivered through non-traditional and technology-driven delivery systems. Through our undergraduate and graduate programs in Management and International Business we provide skills that are useful in a world marketplace. Our scholarly initiatives make us valuable partners for the regional and international community.
Undergraduate Program In Management
The major in Management attracts high-quality students and prepares them to contribute efficiently to organizations in the area of general management skills, human resources management and entrepreneurship. We do this through an active partnership with the business community using traditional and alternative delivery systems to create managers and entrepreneurs with necessary skills to advance in a complex and changing world.
Undergraduate Program in International Business and Trade
The purpose of the major in International Business and Trade is to attract high-quality students and prepare them to contribute effectively to their organizations and community in a global business environment. We will do this through an active partnership with the business community and will continuously enhance the quality and impact of international business education.
