��Vlog’s Summer 2026 - VA Enrollment Certification Request Form

To request an Enrollment Certification (VA-Form 22-1999) is submitted to the
Department of Veterans Affairs.

��Vlog's Out of State Tuition and Fee Waiver Request Form

Applicable to non-FL resident students who are on active duty and/or utilizing VA education benefits.

��Vlog's Veteran Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Request Form

Applicable to non-FL resident students who are “honorably” discharge and wishing to have the Out-of- State portion of their Tuition waive while living in Florida. These students are NOT utilizing any VA education benefits.

MVSSC Parent Letter

Applicable to ��Vlog students who are approved to take classes at a secondary school
and who wishes to have their enrollment certified at the guest school.

��Vlog MVSCC Scholarship

This scholarship is provided to students who express educational hardship during
their enrollment at ��Vlog, only offered upon funding availability.
