SHS SUMMER RELOCATION
While our clinic space undergoes renovations, the SHS clinic on the Boca Raton campus will be relocating to Heritage Park Towers for the summer.
The clinic will close at end of day May 5, 2026, and
reopen in HPT on May 18, 2026.
Between May 6-8 and May 11-15, our patients can schedule telehealth appointments, or in-person appointments at the Davie and Jupiter campus clinics. Call 561-297-3512 to schedule an appointment or

We look forward to seeing you in our renovated clinic on the 2nd floor of the Breezeway (above Starbucks) in August!

- We recommend visiting to locate a local dental provider.
