Advising & Appointments


Education Abroad is excited to provide guidance and support from study abroad interest to alumni status. There are various different options for students depending on where they are at in the process. Below you will find a helpful guide regarding the group and individual advising services for all campuses.

1. FIRST STEP: GROUP ADVISING SESSION

No need for an appointment! This is the first advising session for students just starting on their study abroad journey. Students will learn about program options, eligibility, application process, scholarships, and next steps. Then, you will be ready to apply for a program or meet one-on-one with a Study Abroad Advisor for specific program advising. Please note: if you are not available on one of the group advising dates/times listed below, see step 3 to make an appointment with a Study Abroad Advisor.

The Group Advising Sessions are conducted via Zoom Workspace. Links for each date can be found below.

3. THIRD STEP: MEET WITH A STUDY ABROAD ADVISOR

Please schedule an appointment throught Navigate. You can schedule an appointment based on the advisor assigned to your program(s) of interest.

WHO IS MY STUDY ABROAD ADVISOR?

All study abroad advising is provided by one dedicated Study Abroad Advisor. Alejandra Parada offers guidance for all program types, whether you are just starting to explore options or have already identified a specific program. Exchange Programs | Direct Enroll | Faculty-Led | Third-Party Programs
All majors and all campuses, including Jupiter Wilkes Honors College.
