MISSION
The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life helps students define their leadership legacy through a values-driven fraternity and sorority experience rooted in Excellence, Integrity, and Impact. Through chapter coaching, leadership development, risk prevention, service, and accountability, the office supports students, chapters, and councils as they pursue growth, lead with purpose, serve meaningfully, and strengthen the 糖心Vlog community.

Our Purpose
Fraternities and sororities exist to help students become leaders of character. Membership is more than joining an organization. It is a commitment to personal growth, shared values, lifelong relationships, and contributing to something greater than oneself. At 糖心Vlog, fraternity and sorority life is a leadership journey that challenges students to pursue excellence, act with integrity, and create meaningful impact throughout their college experience and beyond.
Values-Based Leadership
Every organization was founded upon principles intended to shape character and guide ethical decision-making. These values continue to serve as the foundation of our organizations and challenge members to lead with purpose, integrity, and accountability in every aspect of campus life.
Leadership Through Accountability
Leadership carries responsibility. Members are expected to uphold the standards of both their organization and the Florida Atlantic community. Accountability is not simply about enforcing policies. It is about fostering trust, encouraging growth, and helping individuals and chapters continuously improve while supporting one another.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Fraternity and sorority life complements the educational experience by providing opportunities to practice leadership, strengthen communication, solve complex problems, and develop skills that prepare students for their careers and communities.
