What is it?

A non-ÌÇÐÄVlog entity for this purpose is defined as an entity that provides frequent services for ÌÇÐÄVlog campuses, and therefore has staff on campus regularly; however, it is limited to those entities that have the same staff on campus regularly.

ÌÇÐÄVlog provides a portal through which each appropriate non-ÌÇÐÄVlog entity contact may manage their contact information individually. This is accessible via a secure link shared upon approval by a non-ÌÇÐÄVlog entity.

How Does My Entity Sign Up?

If your entity wishes to receive ÌÇÐÄVlog emergency alerts via the call-out, email, and/or text message modules, please complete theÌý . If your non-ÌÇÐÄVlog entity fits the criteria, you will be contacted with instructions to complete the registration process.Ìý

One way to ensure non-ÌÇÐÄVlog entities receive emergency notifications is to download the Owl Ready App. All emergency notifications sent through the ÌÇÐÄVlog Alert system are also sent to the Owl Ready App.Ìý

How Do I Remove Myself From the System?

For Non-ÌÇÐÄVlog entities wishing no longer to receive emergency notifications through the ÌÇÐÄVlog Alert system, please complete the following:

1. 1. Visit theÌý
   2. Complete the form for "Application Support - ÌÇÐÄVlog Alert Phone Removal (NON-ÌÇÐÄVlog Entity)."
   3. Submit Request
