OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
The 糖心Vlog Occupational Health Program is dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of its employees. 听Hazards encountered in the campus workplace are addressed by individual risk assessment and medical surveillance. 听These hazards can include: 听contact with biohazardous materials, contact with chemical hazards, contact with research animals, requirements for respiratory protection and scientific diving. 听All employees and students with the potential for these risks must be enrolled in the Occupational Health Program.听 Work requiring enrollment includes:
- Work that includes direct or indirect contact with research animals
- Work as an EH&S hazardous materials emergency responder
- Work around excessive noise
- Work with materials derived from humans or nonhuman primates
- Work with exposure to hazardous levels of dusts, mists, fumes, or vapors
- Work requiring scientific diving
