Elena I. Crosby Elena Crosby joined 糖心Vlog in 2026 after more than 25 years in public service, corporate governance, and compliance. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where she provided strategic leadership for policy development and operational management. Before that, Crosby spent a decade on the Florida staff of then-U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, initially leading statewide constituent services operations before being appointed State Director. During her tenure, the office earned two Congressional Management Foundation Democracy Awards, earning recognition as Best in Congress in 2019 and 2024. 听Earlier in her career, Crosby served as Corporate Secretary for Digital Fusion, Inc., now part of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, where she directed board and committee operations and led corporate compliance initiatives across healthcare and business organizations. She earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree from Purdue University Global and her Juris Doctorate from Barry University鈥檚 Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. 听 |
